5 Inspiring Workspaces from Around the World đ
Let's take a virtual tour of 5 stunning workspaces â¨
When you leave a beautiful place, you carry it with you wherever you go.
Hey friends,
Lately, I've been reflecting on how much our surroundings shape the way we feel and work.
Ever notice how a beautiful space can completely change your mood? There's something magical about working in a space that just gets itâwhere the design makes you feel both inspired and at ease.
With so many cool co-working spots popping up all over the world, it's hard not to be a little obsessed with how design impacts our productivity (and sanity, letâs be real).
Beautiful, thoughtfully designed spaces arenât just nice to look at â they genuinely influence how we show up in our work and daily lives.
And with the rise of remote work, the lines between life and work have blurred more than ever, making it even more important to choose inspiring places to stay productive and creative.
So, letâs take a virtual trip to check out five of the most stunning workspaces around the globe. And who knows? You might just pick up a little inspo for your own space.
Letâs dive in!đ
1.Crew Collective & CafĂŠ, đMontreal, Canada
Imagine this: You walk into a space that was once a grand 1920s bank, and now itâs a co-working haven and a cafĂŠ. Yes, please!

Crew Collective spans 12,000 sq ft. of pure inspiration
With 50-foot vaulted ceilings and stunning architecture, itâs like stepping back in timeâonly now, thereâs a coffee in hand and a cozy workspace calling your name.

Itâs the perfect spot to let your creativity flow
Local architect Henri Cleinge worked some serious magic here by turning old bank teller counters into natural partitions, and using sleek glass walls to create workspaces that feel open and airy without losing any of that historic charm.

The result? A place where history and modern design meet to create an inspiring environment for work and connection.

Can you imagine taking your meeting in one of these rooms?!

2. Andwork Shibuya, đTokyo, Japan
If youâre looking for a workspace thatâs equal parts creative and fun, Andwork in Shibuya is your spot. Nestled in one of Tokyoâs trendiest neighborhoods, this place is more than just a workspace â itâs a whole vibe.
Whether youâre looking to get creative, grab a drink, or just meet up with some friends (and maybe do a little work), andwork has you covered. (Also, how great is the name? Love a clever pun!)

The best part? Itâs located inside a boutique hotel, which means you get all the perks you never knew you needed â nap rooms, shower services, and those cozy hotel vibes while you work.
If youâre a member, you can sneak in a power nap or freshen up with a quick shower between meetings. Itâs like having the comfort of a hotel wrapped into your everyday office.

And if youâre loving the concept, good news â theyâve got six other amazing locations across Japan, from The Millennials Shibuya in Tokyo to The Lively Hakata in Fukuoka.

No matter which one you pick, youâre getting that same stylish, flexible workspace that makes you feel like youâre on a mini retreat, even when youâre deep in work mode.
3.NeueHouse BradburyđLos Angeles, California
Okay, next letâs talk about NeueHouse Bradbury in downtown LA.
If youâre into spaces that blend old-school charm with modern flair, this place is a total gem.
Walking into NeueHouse feels like stepping onto the set of a classic film. Designed by architect Sumner Hunt and completed in 1893, the Bradbury Building exudes an incredible mix of historical elegance and contemporary style.

Think stunning wrought-iron railings, vintage birdcage elevators, and grand Italian marble staircases â all framed by a 50-foot-high skylit atrium.
Spanning a magnificent 25,000 square feet across the entire second floor, this coworking space sits inside the oldest commercial building in Los Angeles, which is as iconic as it gets.

Timeless details: iron railings and marble staircases
And itâs not just about looks.
This place has everything you could dream of: a cafĂŠ/bar that's open from morning till night, a cool communal gallery, a wellness room, and plenty of flexible studios. Itâs perfect for diving into work or just relaxing with a coffee.

4. The Work Project đHong Kong
Alright, letâs talk about The Work Project in Hong Kongâthis place takes the idea of a typical office and flips it on its head.
Located in the heart of Causeway Bay, itâs 33,000 square feet of pure, innovative design spread over four floors.

Dynamic workspace that redefines the traditional office experience
With 74 private offices (fitting anywhere from two to twelve people) and 80 hot desks, this space really knows how to cater to both small teams and solo workers alike.

A multi-sensory workspace boosting productivity
What I love about this space is how it draws inspiration from the areaâs waterfront heritage.
The meeting rooms? They have these beautiful timber canopies, and thereâs a mix of metal and frosted glass to let in natural light without sacrificing privacy.

Plus, shared spaces like lounges, work bars, and Bean Tables (which are basically these cool, curved communal tables) encourage you to meet and mingle while still getting stuff done.
Itâs designed to make those spontaneous "hey, letâs collaborate" moments happen naturally.

The cherry on top? A stunning vertical garden by Patrick Blanc, a botanical pioneer.
In a city thatâs known for its towering skyscrapers and busy streets, itâs such a refreshing way to bring a little bit of nature indoors.

Oh, and hereâs the kickerâthe whole place is a multi-sensory experience.
Everything, from the music and scent to the furniture and even the refreshments, has been carefully curated to boost productivity.
And if thatâs not enough, theyâve also nailed the hospitality game.
Many of their services are curated by ex-hoteliers, so you know theyâre serious about making this a place where you can work and feel pampered at the same time.
5. WeWork Weihai LuđShanghai, China
Last but definitely not least, letâs talk about the stunning WeWork on Weihai Lu in Shanghai.
If youâve ever worked remotely, chances are youâve set foot in a WeWork beforeâbut trust me, this one is something special.

Located in Shanghaiâs Jing'An district, this 5,500 square foot space has a pretty wild backstory.
What started as an opium factory in the 1930s later became an artistâs residence in the 2000s, and today, itâs been totally transformed into one of the most stylish WeWork branches youâll ever see.

The design is a collaboration between LineHouse and WeWorkâs own design team, and the result is a space thatâs full of surprises.
Itâs playful, bold, and takes you on a bit of an unexpected design journey.
Think whimsical touches, festive vibes, and a lot of personality.
Trust me, itâs as cool as it sounds.

One of the highlights? A vibrant green steel staircase that twists its way through the building. Itâs clad in triangular oak pieces with one side painted in shades of blue, creating a gradient that shifts as you walk around.

One moment, youâre looking at warm wood tones, and the next, itâs all cool blues.

Itâs like walking through a piece of artâplayful, unique, and totally unforgettable.

After exploring these five incredible spaces, one thing is clear: the environments we choose to work in can have a huge impact on how we feel, think, and create.
Whether it's the history embedded in the architecture or the clever design choices that enhance comfort and productivity, these workspaces are prime examples of how thoughtful design goes beyond aestheticsâit shapes our mindset and the work we do.
Now that weâve explored these incredible workspaces, Iâd love to hear from you!
